Parts, equipment, and materials installed may carry separate manufacturer warranties; those warranties are governed solely by the terms set by the respective manufacturer, and TruePane Windows & Doors makes no representations beyond what the manufacturer provides.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of TruePane Windows & Doors arising out of or related to any service or use of this site is limited to the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. TruePane Windows & Doors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage beyond the immediate scope of work, or costs resulting from service delays.

TruePane Windows & Doors offers professional home services in Fort Pierce, FL and the surrounding region. All services are subject to scheduling availability and a professional assessment of the work requested. Some jobs coordinated through impactwindowsfortpierce.com may be carried out by licensed independent contractors or service professionals who operate as part of TruePane Windows & Doors’s network. Regardless of who performs the work, TruePane Windows & Doors remains the customer’s point of contact for scheduling and service-related matters.
